Nala’s practice explores how images shape memory, identity, and public perception. She is particularly interested in the ways photography and design can document contemporary life while drawing connections to deeper cultural histories. Her interests in history, media, and anthropology often influence the themes she pursues, from everyday urban life to broader cultural narratives.
Through her creative work, Nala aims to produce imagery that is both thoughtful and visually compelling, blending documentary sensibilities with a refined design perspective. She is especially interested in projects that celebrate place, heritage, and the evolving stories of African communities.
