God is in the
Dilated pupils
God is in the Molly
God is in the space
Between my lover's breasts
Otherwise, they would smother me
God is in the
Soap bubbles and foam in the bathroom
In the phone call a girl makes to her girlfriend
In the wrinkling of my nose
when I smell other People's
Shisha
And cigarettes
Thud thud thud
Goes the music
The god music
Sad music and happy music, both belong to god
And the moon
And of course god is in the
Clouds parting
On this rainy night to put on a
Full moon show
God is in the warm hands of my partner
Dilated pupils
Nose wrinkling again
God is in the craving I have for weed
And women
And a field with dozens of
Thornless roses
In the 4% beer
God is KSh 250,000
And 15 million
And acrylic paint smeared down a glass window
With an inhabitant who brews tea and beer
But does not drink the beer
God is in the full ears
Open heart
In the way I feel about my mom
I know her
But I don't
God is in the black tax
And the pride for my father
Full heart
Banging bodies against glass and stone
In the don't let me puke tonight
Dopamine makes me feel like damn
Like shit
Like maybe I should take a shit
Like the reflections in the bathroom mirror
Like Michael Jackson changing his colour and hair
My chest is full
Of god
And it's time to do a god dance
With my god waist on the god dance floor
Of course god was there with me the whole time
I was there the whole time
But now that my heart is open
What does God want?
What do I want?
